M101 Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the m101 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the m101 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and m101 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The m101 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on m101. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. m101 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including identification documents, for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
• You must notify m101 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• M101 is not liable for any losses arising from account access granted by the user to a third party.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or handed over to another person under any circumstances.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

All m101 users are required to use this platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with the rules set out below. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Impersonating another individual or providing false personal information during registration.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the platform for personal gain.
• Disrupting or preventing other users from accessing m101's services.
• Using support channels to communicate in an unlawful, threatening, or abusive manner.

M101 reserves the right to take action including suspending accounts, freezing account balances during an investigation, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the m101 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds used for deposits are legally obtained and belong to themselves.

• Deposits are processed via approved payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method selected — the latest information is available on your account page.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• M101 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for identity verification purposes or when investigating suspicious transactions.
• Any unauthorised chargebacks or transaction reversals may result in immediate account suspension.

Users are advised to review the applicable bonus and rollover terms before claiming any promotional offer, as bonus conditions may affect withdrawal eligibility.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

Limitation of Liability

M101 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or system errors beyond our control.

The m101 platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We strive to maintain high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted access at all times.

Account Suspension & Closure

M101 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks within the specified timeframe.
• Account closure requested by the user through official support channels.

If an account is closed due to a breach, m101 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Any balance determined to be valid will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, software code, and other materials on the m101 platform are the exclusive property of m101 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of such content without prior written consent from m101.

Third-Party Links

The m101 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. m101 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing any third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

M101 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
